Can I give you my own business card design and have you print it?
No. We only print cards that we design.

I already have my business card design in Microsoft Word. Can you use it?
Business cards must be laid out in a professional layout program in order to submit to a printer. All graphics must be high resolution. Sorry, we can't use anything from Microsoft Word.

How long does it take?
The design time varies based on your feedback and our workload. Typical time to receive a concept is 5-7 working days. Printing time will take at least 5 days.

Do I get to make suggestions for changes after I see the concept?
Yes.
